Dot art mandala's is a form of art where intricate patterns are created using dots of paint, typically arranged in a circular or symmetrical design. It's a meditative and visually striking art form with roots in ancient spiritual practices, often used for relaxation and self-expression.

Instead of brushstrokes, the design is built up using dots of various sizes and or colors, creating a unique texture and visual effect.

The circular or radial symmetry of mandalas symbolizes wholeness, interconnectedness, and the cyclical nature of life.

Dot mandalas are often associated with mindfulness, stress relief, and a connection to one's inner self, with historical roots in both Hindu and Buddhist traditions, where they were used for spiritual and ceremonial purposes.

Creating or viewing mandala art is believed to be therapeutic, fostering relaxation, focus, and a sense of calm.

This workshop is suitable for beginners. All tools and materials included. We progress from cardboard, to beautiful smooth flat pebbles to a terracotta planter pot, using both the free hand technique and stencil technique.

Clients attend workshops at their own risk and the organisers, facilitators and or venue can not be held accountable for any loss, damages or injury.

If you have booked to attend a workshop and are no longer able to attend a pre booked workshop, this is most unfortunate. Please gift the workshop session to someone you know or find someone to take over your booking. Bookings are not transferable to another date or time, nor refundable.

We do not unfortunately hold spaces either, as we have done this in the past only for clients to cancel at the last minute, which means someone else whom wanted to join, has lost the opportunity. Bookings to attend workshops sessions are on a first come first served basis and payment via the website secures your space.

Workshops go ahead, no matter the weather.

If we are not able to host a workshop, there will be a very valid reason and this will be communicated as soon as possible. Clients will be refunded.
